Take a moment and sit back on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by mature ponderosa trees. You'll enjoy your morning coffee on the great back deck and star-gazing at night in the brand-new hot tub. Take advantage of the bikes provided and ride on the miles and miles of paved paths around Sunriver. The main level of this home features an open-layout concept with the kitchen, dining and living rooms all together. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, cable TV and DVD player plus a slider leading out to the hot tub. The adjacent dining room has seating for 6 plus 2 more at the breakfast bar in the fully-stocked kitchen. On the main level is a Queen bedroom with attached bathroom with walk-in shower and a sliding glass door leading onto the wrap-around deck and hot tub. Head upstairs to find a Queen bedroom, flat screen TV with Roku capabilities and a 3rd bedroom with 2 Twins. These rooms share a full jack-n-jill bathroom with shower/tub combo. The garage is insulated and heated - perfect for drying wet gear after a day at Mt. Bachelor! You'll also find owner provided bicycles for touring around town. This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer. 🐾 Furry Family Members Welcome Bring your small pups along (2 small dogs max, pet fee applies)—they’re part of the family, after all! Guest access Home access information will be sent 7 - 10 days prior to arrival. All homes are set up for self check-in, no need to stop by the office, just go straight to the home. Other things to note AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
