Peonia Apartment in a villa in Rocca di Papa, a village a few kilometers from Rome, in the countryside of the Natural Park of the Castelli Romani. In the Villa there are 4 apartments that can be rented together for a total of 23 beds (from 16 to 23 places the price is on request). The space The apartment is on two floors ( first and second floor - attic ). On the first floor there are a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen , a double bedroom and a bathroom with double sinks. Upstairs, accessible by a staircase in the living room , there are 2 bedrooms ( one double and one with 2 single beds ) and a bathroom with shower. It's possible to add other beds. Guest access Kitchen, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, video entryphone, electric gate, free wi-fi internet, Nespresso coffee machine (with Nespresso welcome pods kit) Autonomous gas heating. In the Villa there is a big garden and there is the possibility to park one car. Other things to note On request there is a transfer service with private driver (with car or van) who can wait guests inside the airport, at arrival gates, and bring them right in front of the apartment. The wood for fireplace is supplied, the temperature is cool in summer and there is no need for air conditioning. The heating, available from 1 October to 30 April, is on consumption : 1,59 € per cubic meter. A deposit of euro 150 for the utilities will be required at check in to be paid in cash at check in.
