This is a wonderful condo to enjoy your extended stay with full kitchen, spacious living room and dining area that seats 4 guests. Please note that much of the furniture has glass accents and is more conducive to adults then for children. The resort style pool gives you the feel of being on vacation all the time. The large and spacious Pool/Sundeck area includes plenty of chaise lounges, Tiki Hut covered seating, and shuffle-board to extend your day outside. This property is a Whole monthly rental. HOUSE RULES and Special requirements: You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants. Monthly Minimum Rentals. \'No Broken Months allowed\' 14 Days advance booking normally required for Association approval Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00 No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit No cooking food that creates an unpleasant living environment for other tenants. Tiled flooring. The Living Room Balcony has a Bistro Table with two matching chairs…perfect for early morning coffee or evening relaxation. Master Bedroom Suite with Bathroom – 1 Queen Bed with matching end tables and dresser offer plenty of storage space with roomy closet. There’s also a small work station for those inclined to work prior to retiring. Master Bath with shower and pedestal sink. Guest Bedroom– One Queen Bed & One Twin Bed with dresser, closet space and flat screen TV. Guest Bathroom– Across the hall from the Guest Bedroom, this bathroom offers a shower/tub combination. Dining Room –Furnished with a contemporary Glass Top Table with four matching Upholstered Parsons chairs. Tiled flooring. Kitchen – Modern appliances and gorgeous glass-front cabinets add to the contemporary look and feel. Tiled flooring. Pool/Sundeck Area - Is meticulously maintained for the residents. There’s plenty of lounge chairs for those who like to sun-bathe or just socialize. ------------------------------------------------------------ Work update: The opening of the Pool is not expected any sooner than the second week of June \'6/12/22\'. The Board made arrangements for owners and guests to have access to a pool facility nearby at the Holiday Inn. Opening of the lower-level garage is not expected any sooner than the first week of May. The RL James advertised completion date for painting the lower-level garage is April 21, but given our experience with schedules, the first week of May, is a better estimate. The painting of the upper-level garage is expected to commence on April 22, and it will take nine \'9\' working days to complete. If you park your car in the upper-level, and you expect not to be in the area around this time, please plan by mid-May to leave your car key with the Association Office so that we can move your car before the painting commences.
