The result is a close contact with the suggestive panoramic view from the Po Valley to the Apennines. From here you can easily admire in all its beauty the flight of the kestrel in the valley in front, which inspired the name of the accommodation. The space The building consists in three areas, one of them is an architectural studio and the others are residences. It is a zero-emission house equipped with the most modern technological systems to guarantee exclusive living comfort in each room. The accommodation is an open space including living and sleeping area with private bathroom with a large bathtub. There is no indoor kitchen, but guests can enjoy a shared outdoor kitchenette.
