This charming little cottage sits back on a large urban lot in quiet NE Portland, behind the owner's home. Just a 5-10 minute bike ride from urban gems: the famous Alberta Arts District, locally owned shops, a large natural grocery store, a non-profit yoga studio, bike shops, bars, bakeries, many coffee shops and restaurants in this food lover’s mecca. You’ll feel like you’re in a quiet country cottage, but you’ll truly be in the heart of the city: only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Portland. The space The house includes: A queen bed. Kitchenette including: microwave, toaster oven, electric water kettle, french press and coffee, hot plate, pot and pans, dishes. There's NO oven. The fridge does not have a freezer. Bathroom with hot shower and toilet, biodegradable soaps provided for your use. There's only ONE sink, between the kitchen and bathroom. Ample street parking right in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi available to all guests. Guests may also utilize our 1/4 acre yard and hammock (in the dry season). We do our best to minimize our footprint on the planet. We provide complimentary biodegradable soaps for our guests. Please help us keep the land chemical free. There are two friendly dogs on the property. Guest access The Cottage is all yours. Outside space is shared with the main house (a man, woman and two dogs). There is on street parking (plenty) in front of the house. Other things to note There's a sweet Border Collie and a mixed breed small pup who live on the property. They both LOVE to play fetch! Please don't feed them as they are on a special diet, and always latch the gate behind you. ****Due to animal interaction issues and my dander sensitivities, we are not able to accommodate service animals.**** Registration Details 24-008698-000-00-HO
