The one who comes is my guest: Bedroom No.2 in Brand New House Right In Between Herndon And Reston, VA The space A brand new two story condo with three bedrooms: GREAT LOCATION: * 5 mins walk away is the new Herndon Metro Station(open soon). 10 minutes drive to Wiehle Reston East Metro Station. * 2 minutes drive away is the toll road 267. * 10 minutes drive away is the Dulles International Airport. * 5 minutes drive to Fairfax County Parkway. * 15 minutes drive to Lee Highway( Route 7). For entertainment and shopping: * Reston Town Center for shopping in high end stores such as Talbot, J Crew, Anthropology, Lululemon, Hallmark etc, Bowtie Theater and wonderful restaurants such as Passion Fish, Jackson's, Big Bowl, etc: they are 2 miles to the east. * Herndon World Gate Shopping Center for shopping and restaurants: 2 miles to the west. * Great Fall Park and village Center: 20 minutes drive away. They are gentler on clothes than other brands. * Top down and bottom up honey cone filtering and black out curtains. WELL ORGANIZED ROOMMATES: * Our kitchen is clean and organized. * We(2 people including the owner) are civil, friendly and helpful. * We are quiet and considerate. * We are engineers, with regular working and resting hours. During your stay I work from home. So I am available a lot of times.
