The space Your newly renovated private bedroom is quiet and cozy and is located in the basement. It is furnished with a desk & chair, lamp, and a full length mirror. It comes with a wall mounted LCD TV which includes HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Netflix and more. Feel free to use the laundry facilities which are also located in the basement. You will have access to both private parking via the alley behind the house and off street parking in front of the house. My space is home to myself and 5 other Airbnb rooms. Please feel free to make yourself at home while you are here! Guest access You will have access to several areas of the house including the kitchen, 2 full baths, living room, and dining room. The kitchen has a stove w/oven, dishwasher, side by side fridge, microwave, and Keurig which are all at your disposal. The home has a covered front porch which is perfect for morning coffee and a nice back deck with a grill & fenced in yard, perfect for relaxing and hanging out, all of which you are welcome to use!
