Large living room with a 85 inch flat screen QLED 4-K UHD Smart TV, a Blue Ray DVD player and a Marshall Woburn II Bluetooth Speaker (to play your tunes!). 2 more bedrooms in lower level with another full bathroom (tub/shower) and a den/entertainment area with 65 inch flat screen QLED 4-K UHD Smart TV and a Blue Ray DVD player. Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the entire home and computer access at the loft level. The free play game room features Big Buck Hunter Reloaded HD, Gold Flare Elite Championship Air Hockey Table, Super Chexx Pro Bubble Hockey, Golden Tee 2022, "Ghost Busters" Pinball Machine, Tornado T3000 Championship Foosball Table, and Ultra Arcade 3 (featuring 150 games). N.B. While we've been blessed with extraordinary reviews from our guests, most of our guests over the last 5 years are repeat guests who book directly and thus don't have the opportunity to leave a review. Guest access Masthope Mountain Community offers great amenities. It does charge a separate amenity fee of $10 per person per day to use the amenities. Guests choose the number of days (including none if desired) they would like to use the amenities and the number of persons. Children under 2 years old are free. Amenities include: Ski Big Bear ski and snowboard slopes and snow tubing (guests receive a 25% discount off of skiing and snowboarding (but not on equipment rentals)); 2 outdoor swimming pools (seasonal); Petting zoo; Lake with beach; Miniature golf (seasonal); Fitness center; Basketball, tennis and handball courts 3 playgrounds for kids; and Direct Delaware River access. Many amenities are seasonal, except petting zoo is year round. Free Wi-Fi provided throughout the entire home! Other things to note The community charges a $100 fee (total, not per day) to renters ($125 if booking occurs within 7 days of rental date). To use the community's amenities, guests must pay an additional fee of $10 per person for each day amenities are used. Guests choose the number of days (including none if desired) they would like to use the amenities and the number of persons. Children under 2 years old are free. Amenity fees are separate from (and in addition to) the booking fee.
