Kawazu Sakura, Kawazu Shichitaki, and the old Amagi Tunnel are famous, but it is 15 minutes by train to Shimoda, 20 minutes by car to Shirahama Beach, and it is also easy to get to Nishi-Izu and Naka-Izu. About the location 10-15 minutes on foot from Kawazu Station, 2-3 minutes to the Kawazu River, and 4-5 minutes to the sea. There are a few shops on the way from the station to the inn. About the accommodation Our family also lives there. Sometimes you may hear children's voices. There are 4 bedrooms, and this is one of them. The accommodation is a shared space, so please observe the rules. ※ The 2026 Kawazu Cherry Blossom Festival will be held from February 7 to March 8. The space About the building Built in 1967. The facilities are old and not beautiful. The room is a 6-tatami-mat-sized Western-style room. There is a bunk bed and a simple bed (180 cm size) for a maximum of 3 people. It's basically just a room to sleep in. Air conditioning There is no desk. Guest access Your room and shared spaces (we'll show you around at check-in) During your stay I live with you, but I'm basically not there. If you have a request, I will respond. Ask me anything you don't know, such as the best sightseeing, night cherry blossom shooting points, bus times and schedules, etc. Other things to note Negative points There is no key. We do not offer meals. Because the soundproofing is poor, you can hear talking, footsteps, snoring, and the sound of the toilet. There are no toothbrushes. Kawazu is a rural area, so from May to October there may be large spiders and other insects. WiFi may not connect depending on your device. The shower room is not very clean. The seasonings in the kitchen cannot be used. During the cherry blossom festival, Kawazu accommodation prices go up significantly overall.
