The open ceiling in the great room feels expansive and yet cozy at the same time. The enormous stone fireplace is a stunning feature and houses a wood stove. The master bedroom and bathroom suite also share the open ceiling. Another bathroom and bedroom are located in the center hall. The vintage ski-themed game room is located in the addition, and upstairs is a spacious family room complete with two queen beds and a bunk bed. Please be careful and considerate of the neighbors when driving through. Under certain weather conditions, four wheel drive is strongly recommended for the last part of the driveway. The garage is not accessible to guests, but there is plenty of parking space at the top and lower parts of the driveway. Note: Two private closets and the garage are not available to guests. Other things to note Available for weeklong stays by request. The basketball court and pickleball net are available for guest use. Please bring your own paddles/ball. Due to its unique history and rural location, certain aspects of staying here might be new or unusual to some guests: • Some of the other camp buildings are still on the property including the schoolhouse, cabins and barns. Do not approach or enter any of these buildings as they may be structurally unsafe. • The property has well water and, while it is filtered and safe, the natural minerals may present a slight odor or taste. Bottled water is recommended but not required. • We have deterrents/traps in place to keep away unwelcome or bothersome critters. Please help by not leaving any food or garbage outside as this could attract raccoons, bears, etc. Don't leave food out indoors and clean up after meals to avoid attracting mice or ants. Firewood is available for purchase. Message for more information or to request firewood at least 2 days in advance of your stay. Please note that for safety reasons there are security cameras facing the driveway that are on at all times. They are in the garage window(s), roof of the house and the lower barn window. Please do not block or tamper with the cameras in any way. We have the utmost respect for our guests' privacy and there are absolutely no security cameras inside the Lodge or facing any area other than the driveway and main entrance. We do not provide refunds due to inclement weather or natural disasters, which are out of our control, such as extreme snow or ice, high winds, electrical storms, power outages, flooding, etc. If you have any questions or concerns about this information, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
