Steps from the sand, this contemporary Seabright beach home is the perfect upscale beach getaway. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 6 comfortably. Master bedroom features a king bed and private bath with deep oval soaking tub. Two guest rooms feature a queen bed and two twin beds. The living area is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed with push button fireplace, large 4k TV, Jambox, PS4, etc. Did we mention the living area has a direct view of the beach and ocean? The space The house is not set up to be a bare bones rental. This is our dream weekend getaway house that just happens to be rentable. As such the details are thought through. The bathroom floors have radiant heating, the living area floors are solid maple, the kitchen appliances are quality stainless, etc... Everyday basics like a fully stocked kitchen, towels, hair dryers, toiletries, bottled water, etc... will all be provided. In addition basic beach gear including towels, chairs, and an umbrella are available for your enjoyment.
