It has central air and is a 5 minute walk to the beach or downtown Main Street while also sitting on the edge of Ventura's artistic Funk Zone. Coffee, wine bar, breweries and restaurants are all only 100 ft away. Enjoy Ventura's amazing year round weather and vibrant culture, but leave your car in the driveway— no need to drive during your stay. The space This 1920's cottage is a perfect get away for couples, girlfriends and small families looking for a beach get away with all the fun that downtown Ventura has to offer. This little house has two bedrooms and one bath in the main house (with ample closet space) and a beautiful, fully supplied kitchen. The gated back yard offers a gorgeous outdoor dining space with lots of seating for enjoying the beautiful coastal weather. The outdoor dining courtyard connects to a 3rd room, a roomy and beautiful space for the digital nomad or remote worker to set up while feeling connected to the outdoors. With beautiful french doors this room offers an open flow between the indoors and the outdoors or a cozy place for the kids to escape and watch a movie. The house is equipped with bicycles and beach toys so you can leave your stuff at home. This house has everything you need for a beautiful getaway. Guest access All entry points to the property are keyless. You will be issued an access code the day before you arrive. There is parking in the driveway and if you have multiple cars you can bring one car inside the gate. There is also usually street parking for additional cars or visitors. There is a washer/dryer for laundry. The best way to get around is on foot. The bungalow is only a few blocks from downtown and the pier, but also has coffee, beer and restaurants within a block if you need. Other things to note Downtown Ventura has lots of small businesses with thrift shops, book stores and design shops. If you love to shop and hunt for unusual treasures and home goods don't pass up the opportunity check out main street.
