Our rustic off-grid tiny cabins are built by Mine Hill Tiny Homes, located onsite. Each 120sqft (10x12ft) cabin has a unique name and theme - this one is The Cozy, featuring a 5x12ft covered porch. While up to 4 guests are allowed, only 2 are accommodated inside. Please bring extra bedding, a floor pad, tent, or plan to car camp for additional guests. Guest access The entire 72 acres, communal areas, 12 miles of roads and trails, gold mine and access into the 140 acres of BLM land (Bureau of Land Management - Federal Managed Public Land). Other things to note This is a dusty (summer) muddy (winter) Ikigai Sanctuary non profit working ranch with animals that freely roam. If you do not like mud, dust, bugs, nature, animals, etc, this will not be a desirable place for you. Please do not expect snow or green grass in Sumner.
