Our rustic off-grid tiny cabins are built by Mine Hill Tiny Homes, located onsite. Each 120sqft (10x12ft) cabin has a unique name and theme - this one is The Cozy, featuring a 5x12ft covered porch. While up to 4 guests are allowed, only 2 are accommodated inside. Please bring extra bedding, a floor pad, tent, or plan to car camp for additional guests. Note: Shared outdoor restrooms and showers are available. The space Our rustic and primitive off grid tiny cabins are from Mine Hill Tiny Homes that is also located here at the property. The tiny cabins are 120sqft (10x12ft). The Cozy has a 5x12ft covered porch. Each cabin will have a different name and theme. This listing is called "The Cozy” Tiny Cabin" We allow for 4 guests on this listing without additional fee, however the cabin only has accommodations for 2. Please bring extra bedding, flood pad, tent or car camping for the additional guests. Please note - Restrooms and Showers are shared outdoor spaces. Summer Option Air Conditioner is now an add on if desired for your stay. Please message host if desired for pricing. Guest access The entire 72 acres, communal areas, 12 miles of roads and trails, gold mine and access into the 140 acres of BLM land (Bureau of Land Management - Federal Managed Public Land). Other things to note This is a dusty (summer) muddy (winter) Ikigai Sanctuary non profit working ranch with animals that freely roam. If you do not like mud, dust, bugs, nature, animals, etc, this will not be a desirable place for you. Please do not expect snow or green grass in Sumner. Please be mindful at all times of our limited power and water resources. If you do not understand what off-grid means, please ask or search the web.
