Elle's Place Studio #2

Elle's Place is laid back bringing you serenity and tranquility, a perfect place to focus and relax. It's only a 5 minutes walk to grocery stores, gas station, ATM and a few nice restaurants. Enjoy a nice 30 minutes walk to the heart of town and explore our museum, local arts and craft shops or the farmers market for your fresh fruits and vegetables. Our in town mayan temple "Cahal Pech" is also a 30 minute walk from Elle's. Local Taxi (green license plates) are also easily accessible. The space Comfortable 16 x 18 feet space provides you with all your basic home needs. The studio is the lower floor of a two floor building (upper floor is Elle's Place Studio #1). The open studio provides you with a queen size bed, bedside lamps, AC, ceiling fan, high speed internet, Smart TV with firestick; you can use your personal account for Netflix and other programs. The kitchenette provides you with a dining table, double electric hotplate, nonstick skillets, microwave, coffeepot, toaster and mini fridge. All the basic cooking and eating utensils are available, along with good plates, cups, bowls, and even some plastic storage containers for leftovers. The bathroom is conveniently designed with a roomy hot/cold shower and basic cleaning supply. The studio also has a designated open closet space for your luggage and clothes. Guest access Getting around is by taxi or walking; grocery stores are at about every corner and most of them accept credit card. Parking in our town is on the street side; however, Elle's apartment offer you secure parking on the premise.
