VistaMare50 is a 40-square-meter house designed to accommodate families or couples of friends in a design environment. The building is located a few tens of meters from the beach and all amenities. Cozy, comfortable, and stylish! The space The apartment is on the second floor and has an area of 40 square meters located in Viale Galilei 50. It includes 2 double beds in the large and bright bedroom and 2 in the comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom, walk-in shower, hairdryer, heated towel rack, mirror and window. Living room with kitchenette, the kitchen is complete with everything you need: gas stove, combined microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and of course a complete set of pots, pans, plates and cutlery. The kitchen is an open space with a table and chairs for 4 to eat comfortably. The living area, very cozy, has a spectacular Samsung 50" Smart TV, free wi-fi connection. Three-seater sofa bed, (bed 140x200 cm). Balcony with sea view with table and 4 chairs to dine or relax. Private parking on the property. The area is quiet and safe at night. Just 5 minutes away, all services. Tobacco, Newspapers, Shops, Supermarket, Bakery. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, heating and a washing machine. It only takes 5 minutes by car to reach the pier or the beautiful Porto Canale di Cesenatico. Guest access Guests will have access to the interior of the accommodation, except for a staff-access locker (with cleaning supplies and linen replacements). Other things to note - Please note that the entire property is NON-SMOKING - NO SMOKING - Accommodation tax to be paid on-site of €1.50 per person for the first 7 overnight stays. - Bed linen and towels available upon request with a surcharge of €12 per person. - From June to September, the minimum stay is 7 nights with check-in on Saturday at 3 p.m. and check-out on Saturday at 10 a.m. - Guests must leave the accommodation in a decent and damage-free manner. - Only small pets are allowed (with a supplement of €50 per stay). - A damage deposit of €150 is required, which will be returned at the end of the stay.
