Other things to note Please note that 1. We don't have a pool at Twin Lakes Condominium. However, there’s a jacuzzi, gym, music room and game room located at the next building with minimal fees. If guests are interested to avail of these amenities, they should inform us at least 1 week before the check-in date to check availability and reserve their preferred dates. 2. The receptionists and condominium personnel are not our personal staff. You will be given the host’s contact details upon booking for your unit concerns or requests. 3. All guests should register upon check-in. Unregistered guests will be charged 2000/pax. 4. Please note that the condominium is strict with the number of guests. Maximum allowable guests is 8pax including children. Extra guests (beyond 8) will not be allowed to check-in. This is the condominium’s policy. 5. We accept up to 2 small POTTY TRAINED Pets with a fee of 500/pet. Pets are not allowed to sleep on beds and couches. Please bring your own pet mat/bed/cage. 6. For your safety, there are security cameras at the Chardonnay lobby, hallways, and just outside of the unit’s main door. 7. Fire exit is located beside the unit. Easy access in case of emergency. 8.
