The flat has up to 2 beds, with 1 bedroom and 1 living-room with a sofa that turns into a real double bed. It is fully furnished and has all the equipments you may need. Located in the very heart of Paris (Le Marais, Cirque d'Hiver, Oberkampf), it's very bright and quiet. A perfect place for a Parisian trip ! The space This apartment is located into a old building with history : the building served as a stable and accommodation for Napoleon's horsemen. This cosy apartment is located at the 4th étage (in French and into elevator!) (5th floor/level for American) of a quiet building with a little elevator (2/3 people maximum). The windows give on the courtyard so there is absolutely no noise, even though you're in one moving neighborhood. When you enter, you will fall on the bedroom with a large double bed and un desk with a Ethernet plug (WIFI is also available all over the appartement). The big living-room is separated next to it with a sofa that turns into a real double-bed. Bonus : the living room can be transformed into video projection room ! (IPTV, NetFlix, BluRay...) The kitchen and the bathroom are also apart. The kitchen and the apartment are fully furnished, all you have to do is to drop your luggage off, and you're home ! Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note This is a Non-smoking Apartment. Fragile parquet floor! Please, may you use slippers for moving into the apartment. There are available in the wardrobe/closet. It is also for staying quiet for neighbors. May you respect these rules, please. Thank you. In 2016, after renovation, because of a design fault, the apartment had some plumbing issues and I was sorry for cancelling some bookings. Don't worry, it is totally fixed now.
