1 bedroom apartment for 2 guest,fully equipped. Marine themed. Located in front of Fajardo hospital in a main street. Includes wifi,tv,Netflix,air conditioning in room,washer/dryer,full kitchen,full bathroom, beach equipment and more. NO PARKING INSIDE. You can park in the street, its a busy road, near a traffic light. We also have solar panels and batteries,no power interruptions here! The space 1 bedroom apartment for 2 guests with everything you may need for the stay. A/c in room, full bathroom with warm water in shower,full kitchen, lrefrigerator, sofa bed in livingroom, 32” Roku tv, gas stove, microwave, beach equipment and more. Guest access The apartment doesn’t have a dedicated parking space. Guest can park in front of the apartment which is a narrow space in a main street or a little down the road in front of Luna del mar. More options for parking are sometimes available by Julia Apartments at the upper level (ask for availability ). You can have access to patio/terrace located in the next building were the umbrellas and washers are. Other things to note 👉🏽The apartment is close to a traffic light, you will hear noise from cars. 👉🏽Parking is narrow in a main street in front of apartment or you can also park a little down the road in front of Luna del mar. Also you can park across the steet.. it’s a busy road. Please don’t park blocking the sidewalk or close to the neighbors entrance. 👉🏽The laundry area is shared with Julia apartments. There will be detergent. 2 washers 1 dryer. 👉🏽We have an electric shower heater in the bathroom . No hot running water in the apartment , only warm water in shower. Lowering the water pressure will get it warmer. The water in the shower will be hot during summertime. Please unplug the heater for room temperature water. 👉🏽 Toilet paper, baby wipes, paper towels NOT in the toilet please. Le’ts avoid drainage issues. 👉🏽You can find the wifi password in the app and written in the modem. 👉🏽balcony is shared with apartment 1, it can be slippery when wet. 👉🏽 we have solar panels and battery for power outages.
