Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution. The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging. ✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture! Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000.
