Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, Pandanus Lodge is walking distance to the supermarket, nearby cafe and the beach. Plenty of parking for a boat, close to boat ramp and easy access to walking/cycling track along the river. Serviced weekly for longer stays. The space The air-conditioned three bedroom beach cottage is complemented by quality furnishings and takes advantage of our wonderful climate with a choice of outdoor areas for your relaxation. Choose from the BBQ on the spacious verandah overlooking the beautiful Boyne River or choose the BBQ in the covered entertaining area overlooking the pool and expansive backyard. The two main bedrooms are spacious and airy with each containing Queen bed, luggage rack, sitting chair and built in robes. The third large bedroom has a Queen bed and two King Single beds with access to the second bathroom from the bedroom, a lovely space for a family. The main living area is open plan lounge/dining with a large dining table and eight chairs, comfortable lounge furniture and a large smart TV. Wifi is available throughout. The second lounge area is more intimate and secluded with views of the river, a great place to read and have some quiet time. The reclining lounge is perfect for TV or just an afternoon rest. The fully equipped kitchen includes Miele dishwasher, Oven and Induction cooktop. There are numerous electrical appliances and a Nespresso Coffee Machine. There is a separate laundry with washing machine, dryer and clothesline.
