Latte' Landing, - Private Room, great location

A welcoming modest and comfortable three bedroom home with split floor plan that offers privacy for guests who rent my private guest room and bath. Home is located in a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood on the edge of town near the city's loop providing easy access to most anywhere in the area. The space Perfect for an individual or couple visiting the Victoria area for pleasure or business. Spacious, quiet, and comfortable and includes a peaceful back garden with lots of nature. Your private bedroom includes a small wall mounted flat screen tv and Wifi. Guest access Guest/s will have a private bedroom and bath on one side of the home (right inside the front door) with convenient access. Guest may also have access to the kitchen, office, living room, dining, laundry room, and back garden. Guest may park on left side of driveway. Masks and hand sanitizer is provided at the front door if needed. During your stay I love to engage with guests but respect your privacy and am available if needed. Other things to note I have 2 small dogs named Latte & Raya. They are very friendly and love guests. They are a standard Yorkie & poodle mix. They are non-allergenic and do not shed.
