The house is on the famous U street corridor with many restaurants and bars nearby. The house has 6 bedrooms. 4 rooms are used as Airbnb Each room has a Fridge, Microwave and TV Room F is full of light from the bay windows. It has it's own desk and day bed. The room is on the 3rd Floor accessible only by stairs. There is a shared bathroom located on the same floor. The house has no dogs or cats. It is a Non-Smoking House Please note: The Kitchen is for family use and tenants only. The space It is a very spacious and cozy King Size Room. Kitchen use is restricted to long term stays (two weeks or more). Guest access All guests have access to their own TV, Microwave and Fridge in their bedrooms. Each room has access to a shared bathroom on the same floor. There are grocery shops and cafes within walking distance to the house. All rooms are accessible via stairs only. All rooms have sufficient space for luggage to be stored inside the guests own rooms. Please note: The Kitchen downstairs is for family use and permanent tenants only. Kitchen use is restricted to long term stays (two weeks or more). During your stay I like giving space to my guests. I am always available via texts and in person if needed.
