You’ll love our home for the village location, friendly experienced hosts, outdoor space, free parking, quiet peaceful life of a village, friendly neighbours and of course the comfy beds. There are many walks in Roxton! A Continental style Breakfast which will fill you up, is included as well. The beautiful River Ouse is only a 10 mins walk away. Very close to Restaurants (Car or Bus 15 minutes) the A1 and M1. No transport? We offer a car service to/from Train stations or Airports! The space When you book our rooms it’s for you only. Both bedrooms are very clean and tidy with TV, WiFi, we sanitise the rooms after each room is vacated. Long Stays rooms are cleaned weekly with fresh bed sheets changed. Bedroom One(The Indian) has a lovely viewing area with two comfortable seats overlooking the surrounding fields. A Four Poster King size bed. Bedroom Two has a en suite toilet and wash basin. This room has two comfortable single beds. Downstairs you have your own Shower, toilet and wash basin. A Continental Breakfast is served in our living room. Your Hosts Geoff & Sue live in the recently built extension attached to the house. So we are always at hand should our guests need any help and we are happy to get to know you or leave you with the privacy you require. Guest access Unfortunately we do not allow our guests access to the KITCHEN is it not part of your stay. The downstairs shower/toilet is for the use of guests only. During your stay One of the things we like about travelling is meeting people and its the same when hosting. Please feel free to contact us for any information, your bedrooms are opposite each other on the first floor and your booking is exclusive to you and no other guests. Unfortunately, our guests do not have access to our Kitchen. Geoff and Sue are available as they live on the ground floor part of the property and are happy to help with any questions or local information or even a chat. Other things to note We expect our guests to be quiet and to respect our home & neighbours. We would like you to NOT wear your shoes within the home, you can leave them in the Guest bathroom area. There are guest 'hotel' slippers in your room should you request them. Unfortunately our Kitchen is not for the use of guests.
