Enjoy this small, gated, oceanfront condo community just steps from the Ocean w/oceanfront pool, oceanfront communal deck with outdoor furniture for you to enjoy w/private beach access. Our 1 BR condo sleeps 5 comfortably w/queen bed & twin trundle bed upstairs, full size sleeper sofa downstairs. 2 full baths, one upstairs w/walk-in shower and one downstairs w/tub/shower. Slight view of the ocean from upstairs balcony & there is a nice downstairs patio area in front of condo for your enjoyment! The space This is a small, quiet, gated property (only 28 condos) is perfect for a peaceful stay, close enough to lots of fun to be had in Jacksonville Beach. Ocean view from the upstairs balcony with seating, street view of 1st Street from the downstairs patio and upstairs balcony, both with seating. Upstairs bedroom has an open floor plan with a queen bed and a twin trundle bed along with a full bathroom w/walk-in shower. Downstairs has a full size sleeper sofa and full bathroom with tub/shower. Spiral staircase inside and regular outdoor stairs leading up to the bedroom door. New laundry machines (download CleanCash app to use) located on property just behind the building. NOTE: NO PETS allowed on the entire property - NO SMOKING allowed inside the condo. For SAFETY precaution due to inside spiral staircase, Children should be 7 years or older. There is an outdoor staircase leading up to the bedroom door as well. SORRY: No Motorcycles or Trailers Guest access This is a gated property and there is one assigned parking space for this condo right in front of the door. There are several guest spaces available as well, first come first serve. You will have full access to our oceanfront communal pool deck area with outdoor furniture, and oceanfront lawn area too. Private beach access gate! Other things to note When the trundle bed is in use, it must be pulled out and it blocks the walkway to the upstairs bathroom from the guests staying in the queen bed. So we recommend they use the stairs to the downstairs bath.
