APARTMENT "INFINITY THREE" The only apartment at @infinity.apartments.ibiza with a maximum capacity for 6 people. FULLY PRIVATE POOL, FOR THE USE AND ENJOYMENT OF ONLY THE 6 GUESTS IN THE BOOKING. It is not heated, it is at room temperature. This home breathes peace of mind, so we're looking for a profile that wants to come and relax and respect our home rules. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FAMILY PROFILE, as the residential complex is geared towards families with children. The space Full 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed of 180cm x 200cm and one of the en-suite bathrooms. The second bedroom has a double bed of 160cm x 200cm. The third bedroom has 2 single beds of 90cm x 200cm. The pool is completely private, for the use and enjoyment of the guests staying in the apartment, it is not shared. The apartment is located in a rural area of the Sant Jordi area, a 10-minute drive from downtown and a 5-minute drive from the airport. For this reason, we always recommend acquiring a vehicle for your stay, along with your reservation you will get a free parking space within our private parking. Our nearest beaches are 5-10 minutes away by car, you can go to Playa d'en Bossa, Ses Salines, Cala Conta… and many more. Upon arrival, you will receive our recommendations with our personalized guide to the magical island of Ibiza. Guest access Our apartment is oriented towards renting to families. No minors under 25 years of age are allowed, except for families with children. At the time of booking, you will be informed of the house rules. Failure to follow the house rules may result in expulsion from the accommodation, so please read our rules carefully before booking. Our main rules for which we could expel from the accommodation: - THE USE OF MUSIC IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED BOTH INSIDE THE APARTMENT AND IN THE OUTDOOR POOL AREA, 24 HOURS A DAY. - NO MORE THAN 6 GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE ACCOMMODATION DURING THE ENTIRE STAY, SO YOU CANNOT INVITE/ACCOMMODATE MORE GUESTS THAN THOSE LISTED IN THE RESERVATION. - QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10:00 P.M. TO 10:00 A.M., NO MAKING SCENES, ESPECIALLY ARRIVING AT THE ACCOMMODATION LATE AT NIGHT. If they have any inconvenience during their stay, they need any recommendations or that we explain how to use any household appliance, write us in the Airbnb chat, so we can help you and resolve any issues that may arise during your stay as soon as possible. Cleaning Service: The guest previously pays for a full cleaning service for the day of their check-in. It includes the total cleaning of the apartment, and they include 1 set of complete sheets per bed, and 1 set of bath towels per guest. Guests have to take care of disposing of trash and minimal amenities, like cleaning kitchen utensils. Beach towels are not included in our home, they have to ask for it by guests. This has an extra cost of €15. No cleaning is done during their stay, if the guest wants or needs an extra cleaning, they will need to consult with the host to be able to offer the service. Costs: - General cleaning: €75 (They do not include linens and towels) - Change of towels: 30€ - Exchange of Sábanas: 20€/room. - Pool cleaning: 25€ The pool is cleaned every 3-4 days, when checking in they will be informed of the hours in which the boys will go to clean it. The boys access the accommodation through the service door that is located on the outside terrace, never by the apartment. CHECK-IN: Our check-in time is from 3pm to 10pm, after 10pm an extra fee will be charged: From 10pm to 11pm = 10€. From 11pm to 12am = €20. From 00:00h to 01:00h = 30€. The maximum time is 1:00 am, after that time you should check with the host if the delivery of the keys can be done or not. The arrival time must be communicated to the exact apartment at the time of making your reservation, since reception is not available and the delivery of keys must be made in person. A full set of keys is delivered (exterior access key to the complex, sliding door control and apartment front door key). CHECK OUT max until 11am ¡CHECK IN-CHECK OUT! If their flight arrives early, they have the possibility under availability to perform an EarlierCheckIn. ¡Check it out with the host! Pets are allowed in the apartment with prior notice, pets have a surcharge of €10 per night. This will be paid in cash in the apartment, as the platform only allows a single night to pay in advance.
