The house is well connected to the public (bus stop 2 minutes on foot) and is ideally located for tours on the Villanderer Alm and throughout South Tyrol. Our fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishes, and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. The adjoining dining and living area with a spacious panoramic window invites you to linger and relax. Our bathrooms are modernly equipped and feature a refreshing rain shower and complimentary towels for our guests. The cozy rooms are equipped with a wardrobe and luggage rack to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Outside, a paradise awaits children with various swing options and a barbecue area for sociable evenings. Additionally, enjoy our outdoor shower with cold and hot water, ideal after an exciting hike or a relaxed sunbathing session on our relaxation lawn. In that case, please park at the entrance. - Private entrance at ground level to the car park, accessible by wheelchair - IMPORTANT: Due to possible snowfall and icy roads in winter, it is advisable to equip the car with winter gear (winter tires, snow chains, etc.).
