Your group will enjoy taking selfies in the pool under the "Nashville" neon sign and string lights, drying off in the private sauna afterwards, and spending the evening playing life-size games on the huge patio with a full lounge area, dining table, fridge, and TV. All just minutes from downtown! The space The beautiful open kitchen, spacious living room, comfortable bedrooms, and luxury bathrooms span 3 full floors. You'll enter either from outside or through the two-car garage into the stunning ground floor. Here, you'll find the sauna, washer/dryer, a spacious bedroom that sleeps 5, and a huge private bathroom. Exit through the back door to the private pool deck, complete with a vine-covered privacy wall and "Nashville" neon sign. The heated pool will keep you warm on cool fall nights and provide a refreshing cool dip during the hot summer. The second floor is completely open, with a large, modern, and fully-furnished kitchen and expansive peninsula with stools for casual eating. You'll find brand new oversized comfy couches in the living room, as well as full-sized arcade games, a smart TV, our favorite board and card games, and a shared bathroom. The primary suite is located off the open kitchen and living room, with a luxury king bed and private bathroom with a huge shower. On the third floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms, one with a cozy queen bed and another with queen bunks to sleep 4 comfortably, as well as an additional bathroom with a tub and plenty of storage. Off the third floor, you can step out onto our huge private roof deck, where you can choose to catch some sun on the lounge furniture, warm up by the fire pit, or cool off and watch TV under the covered kitchen and dining area. Outside meals are easy with a ten-person table, sink, full-sized fridge, and extra counter space. You'll also enjoy playing with the life-size Connect 4, Jenga, and ring toss in the daytime sun or under the string lights at night. *Please note pool will be closed 12/1 - 2/28 for winter months* Guest access Guests can access the entire townhouse, including the two-car garage, private pool, sauna, and huge roof deck. Guests will receive a private code to use to enter the house and garage. Other things to note Pets are welcome! Maximum of two pets per stay. There is a pet fee of $50 per pet to cover the cost of an extra deep clean after your departure. This ensures the home is completely allergen-free, as some people can be allergic to pets. Pool is closed from December 1st-March 1st
