The space The house includes 4 bedrooms, living/dining/kitchen, backyard, patio, and garage. Living Area: Get comfortable on the couch or the cozy leather armchair and watch a movie on the 65 inch smart tv with access to the most popular streaming apps. Primary Bedroom: Stretch out in a king sized bed and enjoy the en suite bathroom in the modern and tranquil primary bedroom. Primary Bathroom: The bathroom has double sinks, a toilet with a bidet, and a tub/shower featuring dried eucalyptus and lavender. Nerf Bedroom: This bed is comfy and spacious with a fun selection of nerf guns on the wall. The queen bed is perfect for a midday nap after your family nerf fight. *Please pick up bullets and return them to the wall if you play with the guns. Middle Bedroom: You'll feel peaceful and relaxed in this queen sized bed with ample light from the windows. Bunk Room: The most kid-friendly room while also having super comfy full sized mattresses in the bunk beds. Guest Bathroom: This bathroom has a single sink with a door between the toilet/tub area. Half Bath: A toilet and sink near the garage. Home Office: Not a closed room, but an office with a space for you to set up your computer or use our mac for guest access to the internet. Backyard: Featuring a beautiful patio space with seating for 6. You can relax in the hammock swings while the kids jump on the trampoline or climb in the tree house. Amenities include a full kitchen (stocked with essentials for your cooking/baking needs, pots, pans, spices, dishes), microwave, oven, stove, toaster, convection toaster, stand-alone water fountain, record player, and vinyl collection, fireplace, linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, Big Green Egg, trampoline, tree house, swings, and more! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and house. Parking is ample in the driveway with one spot in the garage. The yard is fully fenced and well secured and safe for kids and dogs. By using the bunk beds or outdoor equipment in any capacity, the guest waives all damage claims against the homeowner and management company.
