A Quaint Indo-Portuguese Heritage Villa In Goa

The space This exquisite heritage villa is renovated recently with all the basic amenities such as - a broadband connection, power backup, a fully equipped kitchen, geysers, microwave, fridge & all other essentials necessary to make your stay comfortable & enjoyable with us! When you book a stay at Casa Sara, you will have access to the whole villa & the space within its compound. This includes the following : 1) Casa Sara is located amidst a beautiful property that is about 10,000 Sqft, with numerous trees all around. It has a well-kept lawn and a garden with loads of fruit & flowering trees/plants - some fruit trees include Mango, Coconut, Lime, Jackfruit, Mulberry, Chickoos, and many more. If you stay long with us, we encourage you to set up a kitchen garden & grow your fruits or veggies. 2) The property has two driveways inside the compound - one in the front of the villa & one behind. You can comfortably park one car on each of these driveways. 3) The Balcao ( my favorite part of the villa) is a quaint balcony in front of the villa where you can relax, sip a cup of chai, read a book or just be! 4) Inside the Villa, you will find the following : - A cozy living room with a sofa cum bed, tv and a dedicated wfh space. The sofa bed can comfortably sleep one adult or child. - A long & exquisite hallway that is a typical feature of the Indo-Portuguese architecture - A quaint dining room with a dining table, chairs & an antique showcase/cupboard. - Master Bedroom has one king-sized bed (190cm x 190 cm) that can easily accommodate two adults & 2 kids. If needed, this king-size bed can be converted into two single beds. This room has an AC, a ceiling fan, a study table/dresser with a mirror & a wall wardrobe. - Bedroom 2 has one single bed that can accommodate one adult or 2 kids . This room has NO AC; it is fitted with a ceiling fan and a cupboard. This bedroom has an attached bathroom with a heater. - A large kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, washing machine, water filter (aqua guard), gas cooker (stove) with gas connection, toaster, essential cooking pots, dishes, plates & cutlery. - A high breakfast table in the kitchen can double up as a comfortable workspace. - A common large full bathroom equipped with a water heater. 5) To take care of our “work-from-home” guests, we are equipped with a 100 Mbps broadband connection, an agronomic chair, study table & an inverter with a power backup of up to 6 hours. 6) At Casa Sara, we offer you a magnificent heritage homestay that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests ( 4 adults +2 kids ) We hope the above description helps you decide better; however, if you need any more clarity or have specific, please feel free to connect with us; we’d love to help! Guest access 1) Outdoor: Apart from the villa, there are two outhouses & a well on the property. One of the outhouses is used by our caretaker & the other outhouse is used as a storeroom. Our guests are not allowed to access these two outhouses & the well on the property. 2) Indoor : One room inside the villa is locked; our guests are not allowed to access this room. Except for this room, the entire villa is accessible to our guests. Other things to note 1) Casa Sara is a home away from the clutter! However, all the basic amenities & essential services are available within a radius of 400mts to 3kms. 2) To make your stay comfortable, if required, we can provide you with - cleaners, cooks, rent a bike/car, food deliveries, etc., at an additional cost.
