Upstairs, a large 47 m2 living room overlooking a fully equipped open kitchen (American fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction stove, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, wine cellar) and a 15 m2 terrace. On the mezzanine, behind its large canopy, a second bedroom with a 160 bed and its sink and toilet area. You have all the comforts you need, as well as a large connected flat screen, Netflix, a gaming console, and a pool table. The location is ideal for nature lovers, hiking, mountain biking and paragliding. Highway access 10 min, Clermont-Ferrand 15 min, Chaîne des Puys 20 min, and many lakes 20-30 min. Note the presence of a cat that will require a minimum of attention, in particular to make sure that it has enough to eat and drink and that its litter box (semi-automatic) is clean.
