The villa features a large, private, and well-protected swimming pool, set within a spacious garden that allows you to enjoy outdoor living in complete privacy. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the villa and can fully enjoy the space at your leisure throughout your stay. Other things to note - There is no air-conditioning in the apartment, but due to its architectural structure and the surrounding forest air, it is not necessary. - The pool measures 4.5 meters in width and 8 meters in length. Additionally, there is a separate pool for children. Pool cleaning is carried out diligently every morning between 06:00 and 07:00, with the highest standards of hygiene maintained at all times. The pool depth ranges from 1.40 meters to 1.75 meters. - You may occasionally see a few friendly neighborhood cats around the garden; they’re harmless and loved by guests! - If you need extra linens or duvet covers during your stay, an additional charge of 15 EUR will apply. - The cleanliness of our bed linens and towels is a top priority. Stains from makeup, nail polish, blood, or other substances require special treatment, and in some cases, may be impossible to remove. If a stain cannot be removed, the item may need to be replaced, and the cost could be charged to you. We kindly ask that you treat these items with care, as you would your own. FINES & FEES FOR THE VIOLATIONS - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation will result in a 100 EUR penalty fee - Lost keys will incur a 35 EUR replacement fee - If keys are left inside the door lock, requiring locksmith assistance, a 60 EUR service charge will apply IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION To comply with local regulations (Turkish Law No. 1774, dated 26/06/1973), all guests are required to provide valid ID or passport details before check-in.
