On the afternoon of your arrival, about 3pm, you will receive an email with the lock-box or key-pad code to your rental home. Check-in is at 4pm, but we want to make sure you have cell service when that goes out. We're here in the office from 9am to 5pm all but 3 holidays a year. When we're not in the office, our live answering service can assist with getting in touch with us at any time. We live right here in town and are available should you need any help while the office is closed. Of course, we're always happy to talk/help while we're in too! You'll have use of the entire home during your stay, and 1-2 parking spaces. Often, overflow parking is a short walk away. Typically, we will not see you at check in and check out, letting you enjoy your stay in privacy. We are here in the office to answer any questions though, and have many brochures and suggestions for available activities. You can stop by, call or email us at our office during the day, or visit our site any time, where we've collected many suggestions on things to do. Again, our live answering service is available outside of office hours, should you need assistance at anytime. Lincoln and North Woodstock provide so many opportunities to enjoy our area! The State and National Forests of the White Mountains provide opportunities to hike, bike and fish. Amusement parks like Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Water Park, Hobo Railroad, Lost River or Flume Gorge and more provide fun for all families, while both Loon Mountain and Cannon Mountain provide winter and summer fun for all ages. After a day of enjoying all the fresh air, you can head back to your home for dinner, perhaps with goodies from the local farm stores, or choose one of the many restaurants to let someone else do the cooking! Theater at Jean's Playhouse or a Pemi Valley Moose Tour can round out an evening too. All of these places are within a 10 minute drive from your home, with many more options within an hour's drive, such as Story Land, Santa's Village, Bretton Woods, Squam or Winnipesaukee Lakes, Polar Caves and more. Parking in town is usually not an issue, as there are some larger free lots right downtown. There is a bike path throughout much of the community as well. Taxi services have vans to bring everyone to the restaurants and nightlife. In prime winter season, many developments also have free ski shuttle service to Loon. Please remember that parking at the home is limited to one or two spaces. Some overflow parking is usually available a short walk or drive away. On departure, we do ask that you bring the trash away, to the on-site dumpster, and ask that you recycle as best you can.
