Normally rented individually; This is for booking The Studio (1 Queen and 1 twin pullout)) & The Loft (2 queen beds) 2 separate cabins; booked together. The Water and Rest is an stress-free, place to chill out in the Smokies. This retreat is nestled off of scenic Hwy 321. Adventure awaits everywhere and if you get bored, it's your own fault. (Rafting, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Zip-Lining, etc.) A nice, roaring creek runs through The Water and Rest so take it in, it's very soothing! The space Updated Photos on individual Units under my properties. This is for THE LOFT and THE STUDIO! Smart TVs added. To help protect everyone, there will be 2 nights minimum in between reservations. First and foremost, especially now, it’s important for you to know that my cleaning policy has always included Clorox, disinfectant spray, and Clorox products. I wipe down common surfaces with Clorox wipes and always have. Also, these products are available in the rental for your use. Never do I reuse comforters. That IS gross! They might have a wrinkle or two from being folded but they’re clean!! My health AND yours is a major priority of mine. This listing includes: The Loft and The Studio PET FRIENDLY WITH $25 per pet (NO high shedding, period) per stay. $100 per unit if excessive hair is found. You’re encouraged to “unplug” during your stay and embrace nature, but WiFi IS available for your devices. Otherwise, board games are available for creating memories to last forever. Take a stroll, stick your toes in the water, swing, make s’mores, play horseshoes, take a hike, fish, and just be.
