Being in the DOWNTOWN location allows you to be only steps away from local amenities & still have free parking on premises. Best of all, Tim Hortons is 50 meters away! PLEASE READ BELOW! The space This bright & airy house is on the smaller side with lots of character & all of the cute little bedrooms are located upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking & baking pan/utensils. You will have 2 PARKING SPOTS located at the front of the property! Being downtown is super convenient, but please remember that downtown is the busiest area in the city! This is completely out of our control, so please keep this in mind when booking and feel free to ask any questions! *The basement is off limits as it’s unfinished & used for storage. * Backyard is off limits as it’s used for garbage collection *Furniture & decor is not very kid-friendly (furniture may stain easily, decor is delicate) *We exceed Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning process to ensure the highest standard of safety to protect against the spread of COVID-19 including (but not limited to): • Full sanitizing of high-touch surfaces including lamps, light switches, and doorknobs • The use of cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies • Properly equipped with protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination during cleaning • Clear attention to detail to thoroughly clean and sanitize each room • Extra cleaning supplies provided, so that if you feel necessary, you can clean as you stay • Compliance with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Guest access Self check-in with code. Other things to note *DOWNTOWN = Lots of foot traffic + car traffic *There are 2 PARKING SPOTS for guests with other parking around that isn’t with the house or deemed as free *The exterior of our houses paint is sadly chipping from previous owners not using proper paint so we apologize for the looks until we have the money to get it redone!!
