The space The house is spacious and comfortable, and is perfect for a single traveler, students who are here on Sami-based studies and larger travel companions such as holiday guests, large families, friends and students. A total of six bedrooms, five with double beds and one with a 120 cm bed – all with good ceiling height, large windows, desks and wardrobes. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and freezer. Parquet floors and heating cables provide a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Fast and stable Wi-Fi makes the home suitable also for home office and streaming. In the living room you will find TV with streaming services (Netflix, Viaplay, HBO, etc.), and there is both washing machine, dryer, iron and hairdryer available. Good storage options in cabinets and spacious wardrobes. The outdoor area includes a great terrace with seating area, as well as a garden with flowers and lawn – perfect for quiet summer days. The neighborhood is peaceful and green for much of the year, but in summer it comes to life with a short distance to the beach, boating, concerts, festivals and charming cafes in the city center. The area is a quiet and established residential area with nice neighbors, nice gardens and little traffic. In summer there is more life in the street, as more people rent out and many holiday guests visit the beach and concerts nearby. There is a playground nearby, and only a two-minute walk from the house is the idyllic Groosedammen – a small park with benches and many ducks.
