Cosy one bedroom sleepout with rural views

In our sleepout you will look out onto rural views, and the garden. Continental breakfast is included in the price. Beautiful Waikouaiti beach is only a few kilometres away. We are 40km from Dunedin, making our place a good stop on your way either North or South. We do not have Wifi or a microwave and do not allow guests to use their own cooking appliances. Other things to note We are on State Highway 1, so you may hear some traffic, or the occasional train. The sleepout is double glazed and insulated and we are up a driveway.
