VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH, walk don't Drive 😃 & 5min drive to MTB Bike Trails. Welcome to Dixie Margaret, cute Little house by the Sea 🧜‍♀️ named in memory of my Grandmother's. Ideal for Surfers, MTB riders & Nature Lovers, everyone ✌️ My family adores spending time here by the Sea, amongst the wondering garden. Quick, peaceful walk to Yabbarra & Duesburys Beach (dog friendly) A quick 5 minute drive to the local IGA in Dalmeny. 8 min drive to Narooma. That's where we go for coffee & Honour Bread The space Dalmeny is approximately a 4.5hr drive from Southern Sydney. We usually stop at Milton IGA and grab some snacks etc. From Canberra it is approximately 3hrs. There are 3 bedrooms. The largest room has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd room has x 2 single beds. Our kitchen isn't the biggest but is central to the house. We are a quaint little Brown Brick cottage with a new stove, 2 BBQs and plenty of places to sit and enjoy your meals. We are on 1400sqm of land and a residential block that is super close to the beach. That is a big block of land for a residential house. The house is more suited for a close family or 2 couples that enjoy gardening and the outdoors. There is a beautiful area near the kitchen to have your morning cuppa. Open the doors and enjoy the garden and the Bell Birds. There is the "Top Table" where we BBQ and we use the area for family gatherings. (Helpful hint..... use the trays in the kitchen to move things around). You will find many spots to sit and enjoy the garden. I love to create pathways where people can relax and forget about the stress of the city. Don't forget to look up at the Stars at night....... It is truly beautiful. We don't do high end luxury living we leave that for the city folk! Guest access Parking is super easy in Dalmeny. We love being able to head down to the IGA in Dalmeny (closes at 5pm, check times depending on Season) to grab something that we may have forgotten. It's not a hassle, you get a park, check the beaches and life is good. Other things to note We currently supply ALL LINENS for our Guests. We do ask that YOU BRING YOUR OWN BEACH AND BATH TOWELS Please leave all used laundry etc in the Laundry upon departure. We DO NOT allow large parties or events as the house is in accordance with Air BnB policies If you are there for the Surfing then you will have a ball. Because of the headlands there are many great places to surf. Depending on the winds you will find a wave...... We have a small Vege garden full of herbs and what ever else is in Season. There is Basil, Thyme, Oregano, garlic and a big pumpkin vine growing at the moment. Please pick the Strawberries so they don't go to waste. Please feel free to use it, just remember to shut the gate and the side gates at night as the Wallabies will feast on everything. Registration details PID-STRA-33291
