The basement unit also has a laundry room, which is shared with upstairs tenant, if occupied. The first floor has two living room areas and full kitchen available for your use. Guest access You will occupy a basement unit, which includes a bedroom and full bath, living room area, and small kitchenette. You will also have access to a full kitchen and living room area upstairs, which is a shared space. During your stay You will be able to contact me directly or our property manager. You will more than likely have the space entirely to yourselves. However, from time to time, the host and hosts family may come to the house and utilize the upstairs kitchen, living area, and second floor bedrooms. If this occurs, you will be notified at least a week in advance. Rest assured, your area in the basement will remain only occupied and accessed by you.
