The master shower has one big beautiful showerhead flowing above with plenty of room for two. Come stay awhile and enjoy your coffee while sitting on the beautiful covered patio overlooking 5 spacious acres and wildlife surrounding. Sit around the bonfire pit, enjoy a game of horseshoes or cornhole. Home is surrounded by a perimeter fence with lots of space to play. Near the home is a creek bed that sometimes will have water in it but also is a great place to hike up and listen to the abundant wildlife in our area. We provide a propane bbq pit, linens, towels, dish and hand soap, toilet paper, pots/pans and dishes. Just show up and be ready to enjoy this relaxing and what everyone describes as a bright and cheery home! Home is located close to town and only 1/2 mile to Sweet Berry Farm. There is so many activities in our beautiful town of Marble Falls to do: hiking at Inks Lake, mountain biking at Spider mountain, UTV riding at Hidden Falls Adventure Park, boating at all the surrounding lakes, enjoying different festivals downtown Marble Falls, wine tasting at the many surrounding wineries, picking flowers/pumpkins and many more at the nearby Sweet Berry Farm, and much more! Farm fresh eggs available for purchase from our onsite managers Jimmy and Nancy. We are pet friendly but we do ask that you pay $25 per pet non-refundable pet fee with prior approval from management. Pet fee will need to be paid via different pay apps. prior to check in. Also please do not let your dogs get near the adjoining properties goats since they have heard protecting dogs. Inside the home: Many board games are provided, as well as wifi throughout the home with smart TVs. We provide the at&t now app called direct stream for all your local channel needs. Outside the home: Plenty of parking in circular driveway allowing for boats and trailers of all sizes. You are welcome to utilize the large bbq pit, cornhole, horseshoes, bonfire pit, and we ask that you please pick up after yourselves. Located on a private road where property is completely fenced in. Driveway entrance has gates and home sits back off the street. It's a very private and cozy setting. Very nostalgic and peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy farm fresh eggs and feeding treats to the on site donkeys/horses at our adjoining rentals nearby which management can show you. By car. Please if travelling with a pet be aware that it is $25 non refundable per pet fee paid upon check in to management through online payment apps. or directly through airbnb. We ask that you do not allow your pet on our furniture and clean up after them before your departure. The home is surrounded with a fence but still please keep positive control of your pets at all times. Our adjoining neighbors raise goats so please don't let your dogs near them due to them having herd protecting dogs that will go after anything that comes into their property.
