Very quiet, on the 8th floor with elevator. It is for one person but with a large bed. A tiny private outdoor terrace allows smoking. Only the entrance is shared with the rest of the hosts' apartment. Supermarket at the foot of the building, all shops, laundromat, etc., . Close to the metro and buses to the city center. Strict usage of this toilet means never depositing anything other than toilet paper FOR WC and so never , paper towels, wipes, or any type of protective covering in this toilet, other than natural excrement. Any violation will expose the traveler to the cost of repairs and any resulting impact on future bookings. It will also obligate the traveler to accept the intervention of a repair technician or the implementation of repairs at any time, including during the traveler's reserved stay, and to suspend use of this equipment until it is restored to working order.
