Welcome to our charming house located in a peaceful area of Évreux, just 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the city center on foot. Our large house offers a comfortable space for our guests. It is organized to allow you to spend a stay like at home: equipped kitchen, sharing the living room and garden. The space - Privacy and tranquility: The bedroom is located upstairs, offering much appreciated privacy and tranquility. - Recently renovated: we recently refurbished the room, with modern and comfortable furniture. It consists of a wardrobe with hanger and storage, a 140 x 190 bed and a desk with chair. Fans are available in case of heat; The Velux closes with a blackout night blind. - Safety: The room is locked, ensuring the safety of your belongings. - The shared bathroom with the host of the house is equipped with a bathtub and shower for your comfort. It is juxtaposed to the bedroom as well as the toilet. Guest access We allow access to the whole house: kitchen, living room and garden. Each guest has their own key for their autonomy. Other things to note The house is equipped with all the furniture necessary for everyday life. You can use the kitchen, you just have to do your shopping. Possibility to use a washing machine if necessary and to dry the laundry. The kitchen, living room and garden areas are shared. We provide coffee, tea and condiments for cooking.
