Welcome to our charming house located in a peaceful area of Évreux, just 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the city center on foot. Our large house offers a comfortable space for our guests. It is organized to allow you to spend a stay like at home: equipped kitchen, sharing the living room and garden. The space - Ideal Location: Our room is located on the ground floor, offering easy access and a soothing view of the garden. - New Furniture and Comfortable Bedding: The bedroom is brand new, with modern furniture and quality bedding (140 x 190). - Private Bathroom: You will have an en-suite bathroom with a 120 x 90 walk-in shower, ideal for relaxing after a busy day. - Connected Entertainment: Enjoy the 43-inch LG smartTV, with access to the Internet and popular apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, Canal Plus, Disney+, YouTube, and many more. - Electric Shutters: The openings are equipped with electric shutters, allowing you to adjust the brightness and privacy according to your preferences. - Workspace: A desk is available for your professional or personal needs. - Spacious Storage: A large wardrobe will allow you to organize your belongings easily. - Personalized Comfort: Adjust the room temperature with the thermostat. - Security: The room locks for your peace of mind. Guest access Parking is free on the street. If really necessary, you can park your car in the courtyard of the house, but we do not favor this mode of parking in order to avoid an accident with the aluminum gate. A bus station is a 2-minute walk, the train station and city center are a 10-minute walk. Other things to note The kitchen, living room and garden areas are shared. We provide coffee, tea and condiments for cooking. The washing machine and dryer are also available. Please note that the room has a small staircase to access the house, which is inconvenient for people with reduced mobility.
