Get all your family & friends together in this calm stylish space. Made up of a stone house & 3 gites. The huge decked pool area, fire pit, gardens, terraces and patios means you can all hang together but still go off for a bit of "you" time when the mood takes you. Each property has 3 bedrooms, is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, TV etc. The stone house has 2.5 baths, the gites have an open plan design with one of the bedrooms on a mezzanine floor. ALL fully renovated. The space The main house is accessed through an impressive gateway into a large courtyard. The house is stone built, the interior is open plan, with exposed stone walls and a stone floor. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and two further bedrooms upstairs along with a workspace, sofa area and bathroom with separate toilet. Outside there are three separate gites around the complex, each has a small kitchen perfect for breakfast and snacks, a modern bathroom, two downstairs bedrooms and a further bedroom on the mezzanine floor. Each gite has a deck and private garden. All three gites are within 20/30 meters of the pool and the main house. We have reformed the gites to have a light and airy feel. There is lots of garden space, private nooks, nice big swimming pool and a cool fire pit….. plenty of terrace space so you can dine together outside. But please note we are in quiet hamlet and this is not a late night party house. Guest access There are three entrances to the property and space for at least 6 cars. It’s a quiet hamlet with little traffic so parking won’t be an issue for your group. Note all the gites, the main house and pool are within 30 meters of each other Other things to note Everything is included, towels (including pool towels) linen, electricity. We don’t provide carbon for the BBQ but there is also a gas plancha. The hot tub is available during October to Mar only (cost €12 per day). During the winter months the bedroom in the ground floor in the main house can be converted to a sitting room (as per photos) making 11 bedrooms in total. However there are two sofa beds in the ‘nook’ on the first floor that can be utilized. Speak to me about your preference depending on the time of year…. PLEASE NOTE. We have flexible check in dates and a 4 night minimum outside of July and August. July and August is 7 night minimum and Saturday to Saturday check in check out only.
