The flat is a duplex apartment (116 m²), situated in the absolutely center of Leipzig with all shops or restaurants you can imagine and just a few steps away of the central train and tram station. There is also a patio e.g. for smoking outside. The elevator is accessible via some stair-steps. You will live in the whole flat. Five minutes to go you arrive the green lung of Leipzig, the Clara Zetkin Park and the river Elster. The space The offer is prioritized for two couples or four friends. Guest access Feel you like home! Don't be shy to taste the drinks, like tea, coffee, beer, wine and liquors. You will also find enough space for your food in the fridgemaster.
