Our mid-century modern one bedroom guest suite is clean and bright, with lots of windows and a private driveway and entrance. It's a quick walk to the U of O campus, sports arenas and Hayward Field; nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the hills east of campus, with the Hendricks Park rhododendron garden and hiking trails just up the street. Located one mile from downtown Eugene - a quick and beautiful walk through campus. Walking distance to cafes, pubs, groceries and running trails. The space Parking and private access is from a private driveway off a quiet dead end street. Newly remodeled, the suite has new bamboo floors and mid-century design throughout. The living room features floor to ceiling glass with a view of a private yard with lush mature landscaping and includes a nice workspace with wifi and couch. Organic coffee, tea and milk are provided - there is a mini fridge and BPA free coffee maker and tea kettle. The bathroom has lots of natural light with new fixtures and a glass shower, towels are provided. The quiet bedroom has large windows, a new queen-size bed and soft sheets, dresser and closet. The space is cool in the summer and cozy in the winter; a hillside retreat in a hip neighborhood. Guest access Access is from a separate driveway from the one we use on the other side of the property, off street parking for ONE VEHICLE ONLY. The space is completely private. The private yard is yours to enjoy.
