We kindly ask that all guests shower before entering to help keep the water clean for everyone. 👉 Additional fees may apply if the hot tub requires excessive cleaning or draining due to misuse (e.g. soap, food, dirt, oils, etc.). 🔥 The indoor wood stove is for use only during the winter months; propane firepit is available year-round. 🐾 Pet Policy: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome ($100 fee). No cats. Dogs cannot be left alone in the home for more than 1 hour. Booking With Pets: If you’re bringing a dog, please make sure to add it to your reservation at the time of booking so the pet fee and proper cleaning can be arranged. Undisclosed Pets: Any pet brought to the home without being added to the reservation may result in additional cleaning fees or removal from the property, depending on the situation. 🕒 Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in is 4 PM, check-out is 11 AM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and must be requested the day of arrival. ❄️ Seasonal Note During winter months, chains may be required. Please plan accordingly for snowy/icy conditions. The entire property is reserved just for you — we never rent the spaces separately, so you'll enjoy full privacy throughout your stay.
