The space This is one of 2 bedrooms in a lovely bright & airy loft conversion on the 2nd floor of our beautiful Edwardian home. Comfortable double bed. TV. Chest of drawers. Handbasin with hot/cold water. Large roof window with blackout blind.We are live-in hosts and have other guest rooms listed on Air BnB. Guest access Use of our fully equipped kitchen with TV, spacious eating area, plus garden which catches the sun in the morning (ideal for outdoor breakfasts when sunny). Shared use of shower room, plus bathroom/toilet and two additional separate toilets.Free street parking (or on our driveway if space available). Secure parking in our garage available for motorbikes. During your stay You’ll be very welcome in our home. We are live-in hosts so always available, but will respect your privacy too. We know Plymouth well, so we can recommend places to visit, or where to dine (or get takeaways) . We have other guest rooms so you may meet other guests during your stay, but as it’s a big house, there’s plenty of ‘space’ between everyone! 😃 Other things to note Breakfast provided (cereal, toast & condiments). Free tea/coffee throughout your stay. Children welcome. Travel cots and a high chair available. No stair gates in our home so it's unsuitable for a toddler/ 'mobile' baby unless they're with you at all times! Non-smoking home, but happy for smoking in our garden (sheltered area available if raining).
