Charming sheepfold in Drôme at 500 m elevation

Nestled at an altitude of 500 m, in the regional center of Vercors in the municipality of Combovin, 20 minutes from Valence, we offer for rent this former sheepfold in the heart of nature, with stunning views of the Vercors mountain range. Starting from the cottage, there are many hiking trails. A true haven of peace, to recharge your batteries for families or groups of friends. Guest access Access to the sheepfold is via a small communal road, which climbs up 3 hairpin turns. At the bottom of the road there is a sign La ferme des Arraux, you are in the right place. You can park on the site next to the wood stock. The owners welcome you from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. Please let us know if you will be arriving late. Other things to note La Bergerie has a wood-burning stove that was recently installed in the old fireplace. Just what you need to warm up your winter evenings in a cozy atmosphere. It also has a brand new wooden terrace with a breathtaking view of the Vercors, an ideal spot for sunbathing in the summer! A barbecue is also available, as well as a terrace with deck chairs to enjoy the view and the moment. Access to the swimming pool from mid-June to the end of August (for an additional fee) Guests who are adults or over 1.60 m tall can enjoy a private pool accessible by reservation, subject to availability and times agreed upon with the owners. Price: €5 per adult per hour. For safety reasons, swimming and access to the pool are strictly prohibited for children. The pool is reserved exclusively for adults. The pool is not supervised and is not equipped with a fall or drowning detection alarm system. Swimming is the sole responsibility of the users and must be done in compliance with the safety instructions. Time slots are generally offered in the morning or early afternoon, depending on the availability offered by the owners. Access to the pool is exclusively through the property's exterior gate.
