Villa ALGARVE ONE is located 300 meters from the coast in a quiet, traffic-free area. Private saltwater pool with sun loungers, parasols, and barbecue area. Sports: beach volleyball (16 x 8m), Billiards/Snooker, ping-pong, darts, foosball, basketball, badminton, soccer, coastal walking trail (200m away). There is also a small, private beach nearby (350m). The villa is approximately a 45-minute drive from Faro Airport by car or bus Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles in the courtyard. The space Space to Feel at Home With 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 living rooms - the house offers ample space for up to 19 people. The two fully equipped kitchens and comprehensive inventory ensure you have everything you need. Towels, bed linens, and a basic supply of spices, cleaning products, and toiletries (shampoo/soap) are, of course, provided. Pool & Sports A particularly large, skin-friendly saltwater pool awaits you, complete with sun loungers and barbecue facilities. For active guests, we offer a wide range of options: Outdoor: Private beach volleyball court (also suitable for badminton, beach tennis, soccer, or pétanque), Billiards, foosball, table tennis, darts, Water polo & Pool Basketball Equipment is, of course, included! Indoor: Weight training station and punching bag as well as a PlayStation and streaming services (Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video) Fast internet and 5 flat screens in the house provide individual programs. Family Fun & Kids: We've got you covered for our little guests: a small Trampoline, frisbee, and Soccer or Boule in the sand. Toddler Equipment: We're happy to provide cribs, high chairs, and baby baths. Location & Surroundings Beach: Just 350 meters away, a small, quiet beach awaits you – a real hidden gem! Nature: A special highlight in Carvoeiro is the picturesque Wooden Boardwalk, which leads directly along the cliffs and invites you to take relaxing walks. Outdoor fans who want to hike even more: The spectacular coastal hiking trail that leads you along the breathtaking cliffs to the impressive caves of Benagil begins right on our doorstep. Carvoeiro also offers other fantastic paths for every age group that invite you to take extensive tours. Sports nearby: The legendary Carvoeiro tennis club is in the immediate vicinity, which invites you to various leisure activities and culinary highlights. There are also other sports and leisure facilities nearby, including two 18-hole golf courses and a 9-hole golf course. Your ALGARVE ONE - team Guest access For a maximum of 19 people, there are 6 bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms and 5 bathrooms. The following beds are available: 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m); 1 bedroom with a double bed (2.00 x 2.00 m); 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (2 people on the bottom / 2 people on top); 1 bedroom with a large bunk bed (2 people on the bottom / 2 people on top); 1 separate living room with a fireplace for 2 people (warm in winter); and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a window (warm in summer). The 2 living rooms are equipped with 3 sofa beds (if needed). The 2 separate kitchens (2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 cooktops, etc.) are located on opposite sides of the house. The house also features 5 flat-screen TVs, 5 air conditioners, and various wall and ceiling fans. The saltwater pool can be heated with a heat pump in winter upon request (for a fee).
