Bright room @ Rooftop Penthouse in Indiranagar

Welcome to our duplex penthouse in Defence Colony, Indiranagar! You will have a cozy bright room with large French windows, a nice private balcony, an attached bathroom - and also access to our amazing terrace! We've been living in the house for ~2 years now, so it's fully set-up with all amenities & also cleaned/sanitised on a daily basis. The apartment is on a lane right behind CCD/Ather on 100ft Road - away from the traffic noise, yet walking distance to all happening places in Indiranagar. The space We're equal opportunity human beings ourselves & welcome all guests irrespective of their caste, colour, gender, sexual preference, and marital/relationship status :) Your room comes with a queen-sized bed, an equipped workstation, a cosy+green private balcony, and a large bathroom. We provide with light/warm blankets depending on the season, and even a heater if you're feeling too cold! You can smoke either in your room balcony or on the terrace, but strictly not inside your room as the smell stays.. Besides the room, you'll have access to all common areas - the living room, dining area, kitchen, and our amazing terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, fridge, microwave, oven, griller, and an espresso machine You're welcome to use the kitchen, provided you're happy to clean up after you're done using. The entire house has high-speed 250 mbps WiFi, so don't worry in case you require to work from here during your visit. Arguably, the crown jewel of our apartment is the private terrace! It's an amazing place to chill out, laze around, or even work from. Pictures don't do justice to its vibe & beauty - it's like you'll forget you're in the heart of the city! You're welcome to invite & hangout with your friends, as long as you don't make too much noise & wrap-up from the terrace by midnight - after that, you can take the session to your room. Guest access On your arrival, we'll provide you with a house key - there are no restrictions on timings during your stay, so feel free to come & go as you please. We only request you to be be mindful & not make much noise in case you're coming back home after midnight. Indiranagar is one of the most happening areas in Bangalore, and there are plenty of restaurants/bars offering all types of cuisines & experiences within walking distance. We'll be happy to recommend our favourites No worries if you prefer staying-in - you're spoilt for choice on Swiggy/Zomato in this area, and they'll happily deliver from most places in <30 mins. Unlike most other parts of Bangalore, getting Uber/Ola/cabs is much easier from this area. There's 2-wheeler parking available inside the apartment, while 4-wheelers can be parked outside on the lane. During your stay We're here if you need us, and not if you don't :) Other things to note The room will be cleaned everyday between 12:30-1:30pm, provided you leave it open & allow for the maid to come in. You're welcome to complimentary home-made vegetarian breakfast (except on Sundays), provided you inform us one evening in advance. The menu is not fixed, but the usual suspects are aloo/paneer parathas, butter toast, upma, poha, grilled sandwich, muesli/oats along with chai or coffee. We're also happy to do complimentary laundry (only washing, no ironing) that will be available next day. There's an iron in the room that you're welcome to use if you require. In case you want to catch-up on some yoga, feel free to ask us for a spare yoga mat that you can use for the entirety of your stay. Unfortunately, check-out time is usually not flexible since we're booked on most days & as such the cleaning etc. needs to happen before the next guest arrives - however, we're happy to keep your luggage in case your departure time is later in the day.
