The space The apartment with terrace is fully equipped and offers space for a relaxing holiday for two or with a child. The kitchen is equipped with: oven / stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishes, glasses and cutlery. The spacious living room offers a cozy pull-out sofa bed and a smart TV. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower, a washbasin, a large mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a spacious closet. Parking is available in the underground garage with its own parking space, bicycles can also be accommodated there. Guest access On the day of arrival, a message with the code for the key box is sent, so a flexible, contactless check-in is possible at any time. Other things to note Please note for long-term stays: Intermediate cleaning is available at an additional cost. These are mandatory and serve the control and maintenance of the residential unit.
